DVD Drive not accepting Me2tw disk...

Hi there, well I played m2tw yesterday fine, but now my DvD drive wont accept any disk, not even movies. So is there a way to fix it or should I take it into a computer shop? (I live in U.S)

If it won't play anything, the drive has died. Yes, take it to the shop or replace it yourself if it's not a warranty issue.

It may also just be slightly tweaked. Sometimes moving it around will allow it to read things again.

You could check the data transfer & power cables could be loose (not likely). Is the device showing in the hardware tab or in explorer? How old is your Rig? If it's old probably less of a headache to just swap it with a new one.

Its about 4 years old now. Well I remember now that 2 years ago the DvD Burner stopped working so thats a sign its dead. Getting a USB one to play ETW with and then Ill get a new Comp.

Try cleaning it then and put it back in (I mean the actual dvd drive).
