I noticed that in my campaigns the Huns and Berbers lose almost half of their land to rebelion after the first couple of turns.

I noticed that in my campaigns the Huns and Berbers lose almost half of their land to rebelion after the first couple of turns.

Fixed this in the Expansion for the Berbers and the Huns to a point in the 434AD...Under the AI (the Huns)they rebound and come out as one of the top 3 factions

The Mswitcher and RaR Versions are all zipped up..just need to upload everything

RIO'S IBFD BRG II EXPANSION Mod Switcher
1- clean 1.6 bi. installation
2- Within the rtw folder copy the bi and change the copied bi folder to rio
3- Open the IBFD BRG II EXPANSION folder and click on the Rio folder and copy and paste or it over your Rtw folder where your game is copying over all files.

RIO'S IBFD BRG II EXPANSION game can be a stand alone or can also downloaded over the Flagellum DeI, BRG I or II and all other patches after that.

Short cut launcher icon is set up:
Target: "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-BI.exe" -show_err -mod:rio
Start in: "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War"

- Any change to the installation patch will require the same installation patch change to the short cut launcher icon-

The rar version is not modswitchered, right? I have it and it has the bi folder to overwrite the RTW bi one but his would make the other mods unplayable.

Excelent job, much more historicly (not politicly) correct than original campaign, nice touch with roman militia recruitable around churches; St Martin of Tours, Sidonius Apollinaris or St. Gregory of Tours are examples how romano-gallic bishops with military/administration backround and social conections to senatorial class became the efective comunity leaders in the chaos of V century. The new unit skins look great too.

I'll have another dl site, I think on file front with an installer..They deleted my submitted(suppose to be non deleted files) of several of my older mods... so this is troublesome for me to do.

I've tried with my old campaigns, but I got CTD's... Several files are changed (EDB as an example) so the only way is to restart from the beginning... BTW I'm curious to see your posts in the thread "post your Empire/Kingdoms here" ...

How do I successfully overwrite the "old" BRG II? DO I need to copy the entire Rio folder? Or is the "Data" folder enough? I downloaded the new mod and extracted it to an external hard drive. I'm looking to copy and paste the new mod into/over the old one. Thanks!

Hey Bud
-yes needs to be copied over entirely.
Just click on the Expansion rio folder and copy or paste it over the rtw folder where your game rio folder is located (either from a past rio install or from your recently copied bi folder to rio)

It is a stand alone but can copy over existing Rio Mods

-you will need to dl the options folder to get the 4 turn scripts for the provincial campaigns..434AD and 527AD

I just uploaded the Rio Expansion installer so if you were to use that DL from filefront you would just simply install it right into your rtw folder copying over your existing rio folder..The Sound Mod should be fine as you have it installed..Let me know if any probs
