    Default Fort Names .

Hi, have noticed that when I build a fort it now has a name.
Does that mean it will become a town? or are all the towns pre-defined.
Also how is the name generated, is it just random naming?
This seems to have happened since I installed the RTR fix (to stop CTDs)
    Many Thanks.

Really? The forts are named like settlements in your vanilla RTRPE game? You`re not confusing some basic settlement with a fort, do you? Could you show a picture please?

The ctd fix has nothing to do with it though, and besides, I don`t think it`s actually possible to name a fort(just between you and me ). Forts won`t grow into settlements, that`s for sure.

Hi, I built two forts, one near Rhegium ( Ft Name - Brittium ) and the other near Jenuensis ( Ft Name - Liguria ) .
The names show on the information scroll, bottom right hand of screen, when you left click on Fort. Along with the garrisons soldiers.
Name is not shown on the map, sorry for my confusion.
How do I send a picture of the screen?
    Many Thanks.

Ah. I don`t think that`s the fort`s name. To me it seems they show the name of the region in which the fort is located. I`ve just tried it in a bi game and I think that`s what you were referring to. In your example the first region is called Bruttium and the second Liguria.

    a. While in game hit Print Screen key on your keyboard to capture the image into memory.
    b. Open any graphics program such as MSPaint, Infranview, ACDSEE, or Photoshop, etc.
    c. Hit Ctrl-V
    d. Save the image as .jpg

    Okay then!
    That makes more sense.
Thanks for that and also the information to save screen shots.
    Many Thanks.
