Default Allow the Emperor to influence public order of many cities

From what I understand, the admistration of the Roman empire is actually quite mobile, being able to run an empire smoothly, even when the Emperor himself is out on campaign and on a tour, under emperor like Hadrian for instance.

I want to ask, is it possible to mod the captial's city ability to decrease public order in surronding region, and shift it to the location of the emperor himself?

If your faction leader is out in the field in Gaul, the regions near the emperor would have a higher public order.

So, is such a modification possible?

So long as the emperor is in a settlement or near a settlement you can always relocate your capital that way. However, I don't think it's possible to do this any other way. I presume it's going to be one of those 'hard coded' things.

The other thing to point out is that the emperor is not a RTW thing (as it's included for role playing only). The Faction Leader is another matter as that person is 'known' within the RTW engine. However, I still don't think that is possible.

If you read my post - the emperor is a 'role playing' unit you can recruit. The only way that they can become your faction leader is if they are adopted into the family and then you make them the faction leader.

Sorry to wander a little off topic but....

Would it not be simpler just to rename your faction leader? :hmmm:

Sorry to waist time, but would someone reminde me what the requirements are for making the Emperor? When the scroll came for the reforms I was so excited just to play with the new legions that I can't remember what I read about the Emperor!

The Castra Praetoria must be built , it is the next level of barracks after the field of mars , but first you must build the latifundia first to make it available
