A Problem with unpacking

i've unpacked Medieval 2 & Kingdoms (through tools, unpacker etc) three times now but when I check the data folder, its the same as usual.

WTF! Am I doing something wrong?

You'll see theres a new folder in the main M2TW called "packs" but if not, I don't know what your doing..

If you're using Vista, just check the "Compatibility Files" tab when viewing your M2TW folder.

If you're using Vista, look in the virtual store/sega folder.
