    Default God hates the BNP.

I see that the Church of England has passed a motion which will make BNP membership incompatible with service in clergy or senior laity. That is what I call a result. Wish some of them could be less beastly to ordained women and gay people though.

That's not really good progress, compared with what has also came out of the CoE of late.

Well the CofE are now wedded to the idea that all straight men are equal in the sight of the Lord. They now need to work on the rest of humanity.

    Ban comics?
    Which politicians were banned?
The Church of England can do as it pleases. Notice they also ban gays and women bishops.

What the are you on about, they haven't banned comics, the BNP are allowed to run and be voted for. The church is not the government and is a private organisation that can ban who it wants from being clergymen.

Sorry we don't all live in the extremist liberal netherlands like you do.

I already thought that the Anglican Church banned fascists from their church.

I second this motion. Let's ban God from the Anglican Church.

Anyway... Probably not the fairest move, but it's their right.

It's because of 'all this democracy stuff' that events like this happen.

Because we live in a society that is raised to treat racism like withcraft, everyone equates being openly critical of racism as being synonomous with 100% morality.

Although i think disliking racism is a moral thing, I don't think it's really the fundamentals of morality by a longshot.

Anyway, my point is that we live in a society of political correctness.
For example, if a white person says "You're Indian" to somebody from India, that is racist.
If someone from any part of the world other than England says "You're all evil because you're white" that is not racist.

Which irritates me purely because i hate double standards in society.

So yeah, basically, everyone jumps on the anti-racism bandwagon.
Anyone who does anything that can possibly be construed as racist gets leapt on because people feel that, if they don't do that, they'll be seen as racist too (and thus everyone will leap on them).

Of course, the Anglican church is correct to put restrictions on BNP members being part of the clergy because the views of the BNP party are VERY different from those of the Anglican church.
(plus the BNP are quite evil).

So yeah, all this stuff happening lately is to do with public pressure put on the government, rather than government pressure put onto the public.

It's hard to explain to someone without the context of having grown up here, so this probably makes less than no sense (sorry)

This post is in itself contains the politically correct notion that Indians do not wish to be addressed by their nationality. Where is the evidence for this? If I know someone hails from India, I recognize this. If someone of Asian appearance approaches me and speaks in a Yorkshire accent though I would take a reasonable stab at guessing that they were born in the UK. There is no mystery or witchcraft, just common sense. And anyone who says that "You're all evil because you're white" is by all accounts racist. who says otherwise? If I came across such a phrase in an employment dispute, I could draw an inference from it.
Are you perhaps trying to have a go at the corporate diversity industry, something I am sceptical of?
