Is this a form of Cheating
Im just in doubt if my tactics are actually cheating. maybe you can tell me. Im currently playing as spain and captured almost part of europe. this is the case. when im besiege by the enemy. my first goal is to destroy all the besieging tools of the enemy by sallying saucide unit. cause i've noticed that everytime i have contact with the enemy they will soon forget what is there real target and starting to chase me. and leave their ladders, ram etc. etc. is this an AI exploit?

First --yes it is an exploit. Just as a fighter dances and spars to lull his opponant into becoming careless. Whenever you win a chess game, you are exploiting a weakness created by your opponant.
Is it a cheat? No. You are not going outside of the structure of the game and being god-like.
The real question you need to ask yourself is what standards of play do you wish to set. It is really your game and you are setting up a solataire situation to have fun. Set your parameters and go for it.

funny thing that AI also tends to commit suicide by just standing in front of my gate and being slaughtered i think it's an AI Flaw . =)

what difficulty is this on? On H/VH the AI usually goes back after a while and picks up the siege equipment.
