Default any one know who wrote this poem?

ok so my dad told me part of a poem when I was a kid that I still recall trying to find it now to read the whole thing I have not been successful but I think all of us history buffs would like it.

The lessons of history screamed to be heard Rome and Athens pillaged and burned.
The hun Rises again year after year but peace in our time Is all that we hear,
The hun will rise agian like he allways does.
Like Athens and Rome we wait.

Im not realy into poems save for homer and I want the full poem but cant find it for the life of me any one know the auther or name of the poem cuz thats just the last part.

Well, I don't recognise it but I guess it could be Ausonius, Claudian, Namatianus or maybe even Libanius.
