It can only be moved 28 days after the current censor bill concludes it's vote.

If any bill fails a vote, no re-vote on a substantially similar bill will be permitted within twenty-eight days.

The wording indicates that, in general, this is to be applied to attempts to re-pass a bill or to propose a very similar one, not simultaneously posted bills. However, I am going to say that it applies here, in spirit, as it's intended so that there are not two identical bills being voted on at the same time. That would be confusing. As such I think it is the best course of action to postpone this one until 28 days after the other has ended, as per the constitution.

Over here we have no constitution, so we have to deal with constitutional problems when we come to them, then someone offers an interpretation, and that becomes convention.

Giving the issue to the next Curator whose term starts March 1. Of course, if the current Decision passes, and if it is applied, another version would be in order.

Why administration would want to take a step backward and encourage the nonsensical posting behavior the current bill would bring about is speculative.

The next would bring the bill to CVRIA vote. Im not sure what you read into the statement? Its all in the Constitution. :hmmm:

gauis, what the hell are you talking about? The constitution is clear, a similar bill cannot be put to vote until 28 days after the other one has concluded. It's not a conspiracy.

Abstain; I don't like the use of a smiley as a means to censor "bad" words to begin with, I find it to be incredibly stupid, so I can't really go yay or nay on this.
