[Decision] Wub Sensor Smiley Alternate

I hearby propose that the following smiley - ..

..- be used in interchangeably in a random fashion with the current wub censor smiley. Other clown face smilies may be substituted as the situation requires.

I am fully confident in the technical prowess of staff. The current group of moderators is uniquely qualified to implement this procedure. Past rumours of unauthorized clown smiley usage are unsubstantiated. The current wording of the bill allows considerable leeway in the use of this intimidating technique, allowing for a situation of situation variance in the use of any of clown smilely. Context, of course, is everything....

yes it does look stupid, thats why there is another replacement bill in the works as we speak, one that predates this one.

As for having two similar bills on at the same time, I would say right of way goes to the one that got there first.

Well, the talk of two bills simultaneously in existance aside,

I've always liked the idea of someone being unable to post until they remove offencive words. It's not like ****ing,

ing or

ing doesn't make the thought of the f-bomb fly through your head anyway.

In my opinion if it specifically makes you think of the swear it's still a swear.
