SS. 4.1 problem

Hi guys, I write to ask for your help.
Lately I have to dust the old and increasingly expensive Medieval Total War 2 and I decided to try some mod.
By Stainless_Steel_Mod I have a problem to say the least troublesome, in practice, the game will install, part perfectly and makes me play quick battles, but if I start a campaign in hand when the turn the game hangs on the actions of the other civilizations of preventing the return I can turn and go forward in the game, I had the same identity problem with DLV, another splendid mod.
My copy is absolutely original and updated to version 1.2.
Recommendations?

Try reinstalling the mod. If his doesnt work download the file again and then try. Maybe the download is corrupt when you installed the files.
