Cannot install patch 1.3

When I try to install patch 1.3 then it says I cannot insatll it because it cannot find data pack 2 or something.

I have kingdoms with 1.2 but I have a CTD before a siege battle in SS 6.1 or during the siege (vanilla kingdoms)...

Please help, do I need to install everything again...

first M2TW vanilla then 1.2, 1.3 did not work so I installed kingdoms the I installed SS 6.1 and modded it with master zuma's stone forts, CBUR (normal no RR/RC) Agart's castles and Crismson tide (no patch) I also installed argent ushers horses but I deinstalled thos.

But the mods aren't the problem as I had the same problem before I installed the mod and kingdoms (?).

1.3 makes settlements work in kingdoms, right..
I don't have patch 1.3 so the settlements won't work, but I tried the crusades campaign and I entered a siegebattle and I had a CTD after 3 minutes in the battle...
In SS I get CTD's after the loading screen or seconds after the battle starts.

I hope you can understand al this...

I would suggest you uninstall the whole thing and start over with a fresh install.

Since you have both Medieval2 and Kingdoms, install Medieval2, install Kingdoms as it has all the patches and install them for you, and if you want Stainless Steel's goodies, install the Kingdoms Update patch.
If something won't install, you have other problems. Stop at that point and explain here the problem. It's probably something simple that got overlooked.
