How do I extract the music so it could play on...say, an mp3 player, or even Winamp or some other sound program? I can't figure out how, and I really like the music from all of these campaigns on Kingdoms.

it is already a MP3 file. Unpack the game and it should be in a folder named sounds (in the campagign you unpacked)

Download Vercingetorix's IDX extractor. It was made for Rome: Total War, but will still work here. Place all the necessary files in the same folder as the .DAT file, and double-click extract_music.bat. The IDX Extractor can be found - here.

Do you mean "extract-sounds.bat" ? I do not see an extract_music...unless I downloaded the wrong program
