Error: Filename doesn't exist

I'm getting

Erorr:Filename doesn't exist:
data/models_unit/SPQR_STRAT_ROMANS_GENERAL.CASS

I looked around this forum but I couldn't find any sulotion that would work, I checked for the file and it's where it should.
I'm using Steam, I got ATI HD4870 with Catalyst 9.1, Vista 64bit, DirectX is updated.
As it's steam, I made new foldar call SPQR and moved there RTW Gold;
Then I installed SPQR 7.0 and did the patch too.
Look at the images I uploaded, I hope you could help me fix it.

Did you tamper with any of the files?
Also, make sure you have followed the installation procedure TO THE letter. It is weird as such file is missing. NEver saw something like that before.

I'm sorry it's all my fault.
I thought if I'll copy all the files to new folder, I'll be able to save myself the need to reinstall RTW if I won't like the mod but it didn't work, now it works after I installed it on the main folder.
Not as I did to create new one; I was able to make it work with RTR and other mods but it looks like for this mod it doesn't work although I can't understand why it doesn't work.

When you want to play this mod correctly with no problems, you should follow instructions in either readme, or for detailed explanation, go into link provided in my signature, and use the instructions there. Basically, you need extra copy of fresh RTW installation, and you can ONLY install SPQR onto this copy. Multiple mods will not work in this case.

It is because SPQR changes all the original files that are used in Rome total war. The other mods like RTR use mod switchers there is the difference.

Don' t worry about the extra work once you played SPQR with House rules and on M/M settings + scripts you will not want to play any other mods.

Buuut, it is vital vital vital that you DO NOT try to place more mods together with SPQR.

Thank you for the help.
From what I saw for now the mod is nice, I need to get use to the playing style with the unit lists but it's fun; For now I'm playing for the battles.
