    Awesome!

I have never played as Venice in any form, looks like this might change with dHRR 0.8 release.

At last! I think Venice is getting some much needed attention. ( I still think it should be connected to land though, as Venice's trade [especially AI trade] is pitiful and expensive to increase with only a port)

A land connection wouldn't help much tradewise because all possible trading partners are rebel provinces, of which Venice is not strong enough to conquer them early in the game. Once she is strong enough to do so, it is in fact good that these (in particular Bologna) are not connected by land because the sea trade between Bologna and Venice makes much more than land trade between Venice and Bologna, Verona and Görz would have done.

I have improved Venice trade by adding three units of textiles to the island. With that, and of course the priority improvement of sea trade, I was able to raise the income from the city of Venice to 6,000fl/turn within 100 turns, what was about the same ammount I made from all colonies together at the same point in game.

Just like the elephant animation, this Carthage scenario is actually in the game, it just has a small percantage factor for showing up, that's all...

TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
    read this to avoid misunderstandings.

IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

    Amazing work!

You could even go further by applying possibilities to diplomats? If it possible that is. The Venetian diplomats were known for their stunning work and a lot of Venetian "rulers" were diplomats or even merchants for the Signora. It would greatly increase the size of the council! Enabling them to become characters after a certain age and a degree of negotiation skills. I wish i knew how you do this !

This is great! I think i've read John J. Norwich' A History of Venice like 3 times now

The possibilities to simulate the real politic life is drasticly reduced in MTW2.

hmm... I remember that I didn't want to include them for a reason, but I cannot recall what that reason was anymore.

To be fair: A lot of roleplaying stuff that has been implemented would not have been possible with the RTW-engine. But the thing with the heir is indeed a serious step back (I find the princesses rather useless in the way the game is treating them).

maybe its because of the age limit. I havent had any character live that passed 63-64, around the age when perhaps Savii-trait would become usefull.

It's is perhaps interesting for non casa nuova/vecchia character that married into the FT, who have small change of ever joining maggior consiglio and havent become podesta/castellano..
