How do you run as admin?

I'm trying to run this game, but everytime I click it, it will go to the Microsoft Paint, I read the instructions and help, but the computer won't let me run as admin
I use a vista

right click on the icon and press "run as admin"

Thats the whole problem, it doesn't say Run as Admin

If you right click the icon, and select properties....what is in the target paramater?

It should look something like this:

"E:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\SicilianVespers\Launch_SicilianVespers.exe"

Are you sure? Because everytime I go the the options, theres a button saying "run as admin", but it won't let me

Now it says there a missing link, when winodws try to find it, they said it's in no use and wants me to delete it

Check if you have this file on your drive:

"?:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\SicilianVespers\Launch_SicilianVespers.exe"

If it is mot there, get the false-positive virus fix, and copy it into that locations.
