What is SS6.2? Is it an official patch for SS or what? And what is it's content?

It is not an official patch, but rather compiled by Gracul.

It's a proof that AI may get thousands of unfair advantages and cheat more heavily than a noob surrounded by Mongol stacks... and you still can beat it.

SS6.2 will be released by KK officially (or with his blessing) when the development cycle of the 6.2 patch has been completed. There is still much work to do and plenty of opportunity for people to participate in testing and commenting on the work in progress.
