The Hashashim's Guild: Why can't i ever get it?

I'm playing Egypt and i have been building assassins in Cairo for the last 30 turns hoping i can get enough points for the Hashashim's guild. I send them out on missions against the Mongols because they're invading me right now so having a massive army of 20-30 or assassins killing the Mongol 10 star generals is helpful.

Do I loose points when the assassins fail one of there missions? could this be why i'm not getting enough points?

Has anyone else ever gotten this guild? Were you Egypt?

Is there anything else i can do to get the guild to offer me a building?

make sure you have no other guild in cairo

oh okay. is that a rule or something? only one guild in one city at a time? if so i never knew that. hmmm

yes, you can only have 1 guild in a city

yes... probably due to the reason's the guilds don't like eachother

like: The merchants guild dislikes the assasin guild and vica versa. The Templars dislike the black guys (forgot their name)

LOL. They're not even black, they're white in black armour. Thatd be funny though if in the game they took off their helmet and there were black guys underneath.
