Out of curiosity, does anybody know how many Democratic secretaries either Bush's had and how many Republicans Clinton had?
Obama has Gates on defense, which is a great choice, LaHood on transportation and now possibly Gregg on commerce.
You mean like Powell? I doubt many Republicans still consider him a Republican after what he didAgreed. I just wish he had found even a Republican instead of Hillary.

Its been a recent tradition to have at least one as a token gesture. Obama with 3 so far is above norm. George W Bush had 1 that I know of.
