The Senate ordered the death of my faction leader therefore I obviously declined. Then my two full stacks parked right outside Rome and Capua launched the attack I was prepared for. Now Rome has gone and the Julii seem the strongest out of the Scipii and themsevles. I am going to get a diplomat and ally with Briton as they are about to start combat with Rome because now they control Iberia and Gaul. Once Julii get killed off I can divert attention to Scipii.
Over at Eastern Europe I find myself in a similiar Great War trenches style battle with both armies pushing each other back and forwards. I am trying to hold off Egypt so Parthia, Armenia or Pontus will also attack them.
Down south I sneaked a family member in my fleet of boats and took Alexandria using only one faction member and alot of mercs. Now I plan to make its defence inpenatrabl which will take around 6-14 turns.
Up north east I find myself having to deal with the Sarmaetians/Scythia. They have managed to defeat any offensive armies I have sent but cannot move forwards either. Another trenches style campaign battle.
Anyone got any advice?
