I watched a thing on the history channel about the end of the world coming in 2012. I don't believe it, but hey, you never no. And if these people at the IHC want to do what they're doing, well, more power to them. The whole lottery for survival is a little weird though.

I also think we should be working on the technology to change the trajectories of asteroids (if of course we aren't working on it right now). You never know when that can come in handy.
