I began to visit regularly twcenter after the release of Rome: Total War, however I have only registered my nickname “Boicote” on January 18, 2006.
Since then I began to mod Total War games, but only for personal use.
With the release of Medieval II: Total War, I began the project “Portvcale” and, on March 01, 2007, I decided to share the version 0.2 with the community of fans. The mod had some revolutionary features at that time (for example it was the first mod to include 31 factions) and it was well received by the community. I continued the work and, some months later, on June 09, 2007, the version 0.3 was released. With more than 12000 downloads, it was my biggest success.
After the release of Kingdoms expansion for Medieval II: Total War, I began the project 1143, a mod about Reconquista. The version 1.0 saw the light of the day on January 20, 2008. Almost one year later, on January 08, 2009, the version 1.1 was released, this time with a huge script of 85897 lines, all created by myself.

All together the four versions of my two mods were downloaded 24512 times.
For all my dedication to modding and for the impact they had in the community of fans, I think I’m qualified for the position of Artifex.

, y2day would like to patronize Boicote for the rank of Citizen and Artifex. I will not construct a long detailed paragraph with links and download counts because Boicote has already provided this in his paragraph below. What I would like to say is this. The rank of Artifex is held for modders, and let me tell you if anything Boicote is this above all else. Everything he has released is top notch work, with few if any bugs and great scripts. He has worked alone and with out much fan fair but he continues to produce top notch work. I think his work alone qualifies him and if you take the time to get to know him you will find a very friendly person. He is one of the unsung modders out there that finally deserves some recognition.
