problem installing pack 1.3 (data_0.pack)

hello there
i tried to install the pack 1.3, so i could play the kingdoms expansion.
when i tried to do this, an error message appears telling that
data_0.pack is ausent or ...
i tried to read another posts from this site, but i did not understood anything,so it did not solved my problem.
so, please help me out and go easy, cause I dont understand much of this.

To answer the two of you the best I can, the 1.3 patch is on the Kingdoms disc.

Here are a few things theat have to match:
Medieval2 language has to match Kingdoms language. It has to be US to US, Euro to Euro, etc. You cannot mix them.

Medieval2 dvd has to have Kingdoms dvd.
Medieval2 Gold has them all included.
Medieval2 Steam has to have Kingdoms Steam.
Cannot mix them.

If any other problems, post them.

I have this problem also except I have the downloaded 1.3 patch. Any soulutions?

It doesn't make any difference whether Kingdoms disc or download, the sam rules I wrote in my previous post.

If they match, and you have no mods, have not changed a file, then it is a bad download. It sounds like you need to download it again and be careful which one.
