    Default Laptop Help

    Hey,

    I'm not really the best with computers, so I need some help. Basically my computer crashed on me one day and now my screen doesn't work. I'm presuming the laptop itself works, as I can turn it on, but nothing the screen just stays black.

    Any help? Is it probably a virus?

    Its more likely to be a hardware problem. Either way given that its a laptop i dont think theres much you can do - theyre a bit more tricky to diagnose and replace parts yourself than a desktop.

    Best to get professional help on this one i think - is it under warranty or something?

    The GPU most likely gave out, nothing you can really do now yourself; take it back to where you bought it.
