    Default E7400 vs E8400

I just wondering from experience, which CPU is great for running M2TW with SS 6.1 mod???

    thnaks in advance.

A fortune teller once told Jack Bauer the following: "In the century 21st, you will be the savior of the world... seven seasons in a row." Moments later, Jack Bauer shot him in the kneecaps, and yelled "WHO ARE YOU WORKING FOR?!"

Obviously the E8400, but I doubt there is a huge difference. The E7** series is just a budget E8** series.

Both chips are based off of the Wolfdale chip. So there aren't really that many differences between them. They should both be fine with running Medieval II, though the higher clock speed of the e8400 will perform better with the game, seeing is how it is optimized for only single core processors.

Indeed, and I believe the E8400 is better at Overclocking, its not very hard to hit 3.6GHz
