Which Mod
Many apologies if this post is in the wrong place, but I had no idea where to put it.
I have been away from MIITW now for many months as I became fed up with the game. (wish i still had rome).
I used to play it with Darthmod, which was fantastic but I found I couldnt put up with it anymore because of the problem where the enemy would just stand on the walls and not attack. This was happening to me every battle.
Just to say I know this was not darthmods fault and a normal game bug.
My question is, I am hoping to get back into it before Empire comes out and was wondering which mods you guys would recommend? And has anyone managed to fix the walls bug? or at least reduce it a little?
Any advice would be great.

Re: Which Mod
For mod recommendations, go here.
And it is pretty impossible to recommend a mod if you don't specify what you are after.

Re: Which Mod
thanks for the link, and sorry about not stating what I wanted. I intended to but had a little one trying to help me type and forgot, kids, you've got to love them. (just knocked a cup of coffee over my comp aswell now)
Anyway back on topic.
I am looking for in a mod, mainly a fix to the poor AI, and especially the AI just standing on the walls and not attacking in a seige.
More cities and castles.
Anything else would be a bonus but they are my main two. Like I said I am really looking for something that sorted out the AI weakness.
Thanks

Re: Which Mod
Well I suggest you have a look through the different mod threads yourself to find one you like. But I can recommend Stainless Steel, Lands to Conquer, Dues Lo Volt and some other smaller ones, of which I have forgotten the names, based on what you are looking for.

Re: Which Mod
Do you own Kingdoms? In my opinion, the best mods are for the Kingdoms expansion. (like stainless steel)

Re: Which Mod
I'm playing DLV 4.0 for M2 and enjoying it very much. It's long and involved and adds a significant roleplaying element to the generals. Not for the faint of heart. I've also added in Lusted's battle AI which I recommend highly. As far as I can tell, it has improved the battlefield AI significantly. Before I adjusted my tactics, it re-aligned my front end twice in consecutive battles.
