    Bad power supply? Bad board?

Remove ALL cards, video, sound, hard drive, everything. And see if it will post. Even if there is no onboard video you should be able to hear the beep.

If you don't even hear any beeping, it's got to be motherboard or power supply, or your wiring. Make sure you've plugged the power button into the motherboard. Make sure the power connector between the power supply and the motherboard is firmly seated. Make sure that the switch on the back of the power supply, if any, is turned on. Make sure the power supply itself is firmly plugged in.

If you're sure the motherboard has power and is responding to you pressing the on button (e.g., because the power light turns on), and you're still hearing no beeps, it's most likely a bad motherboard. Unless your motherboard doesn't beep for some reason.

The motherboard light comes on, the Green LED.

I'll take it to a proffessional tomorrow and see what he can do.

In the meantime, I'll play around with my new GTX260 ^^

What motherboard is it? Some have a sequence of LEDs to help diagnose post problems - it could help you figure out if its the memory/cpu causing problems or if its the motherboard itself. Check the manual or look online for help with that.

Im guessing all the fans start up when you turn it on?

I fixed it, all I had to do was pull one of the jumpers and put it back, at first I pulled one but there was like 5 of them so I guess pulled the wrong one.

It's all good, I'll be putting on The OS tomorrow

Just as a follow up here, the jumper you had in the wrong spot was probably the BIOS reset jumper. No board I know of will POST with that jumper in place.
