Currently I am playing Kwarmezian campaign on 6.2 RC3, can you tell when the Mongol invasion comes, do they all arrive in the Khiva area or Kerman area, or perhaps both.

They come in 1220... and if I do not make mistake they spawn near both of the cities which you mentioned... But especially Khiva...
