"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect."
Well, in the end the universe will become utterly empty of all life, even light- why live to see the day?
yeah I have stated many times, and will state again--- It is too late, even if we started reducing the amount of co2 in the air it will be in atmospheric cycle for the next 3k years; and we arent slowing down--- so be glad you lived, while the last of the good days shone.
What did you think we'd be able to do anything about a long-term heavy-momentum problem with a few years of slightly modifying our habits?
HAH.
One thing is for certain: the more profoundly baffled you have been in your life, the more open your mind becomes to new ideas.

Let's think the unthinkable, let's do the undoable. Let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.
Tis is a shame really that this will probably happen. We'll just have to adapt and endure for now. On the other hand, in the long term this could benefit humanity by forcing us to adapt our way of living hopefully for the better.
