interactive idea for dlv

is it possible to make royal families interactive or even cities interactive with your own interests. For example, "The people of Paris want entertainment: Build brothel,inn, etc." or "Richard wants the title of the Duke of York, or he will rebel". Or if you have a royal marriage alliance with someone, you could have "The Queen requests a ceasefire with Venetia or (then put consequences here...)" Something along those lines would make the game a lot more challenging and awesome. These interactions can affect a whole nation public opinion or "happiness level" that could be implemented. Btw, dlv is best mod ever. I couldnt wait for bc 1.5 to come out so i crawled back to dlv.
