Winning as Lithuania?

I'm currently playing a Late Era Lithuania game and was wondering if it's even possible to win? I've completely destroyed Teutonic Order yet the game acts like they're still alive.

Winning Conditions for Lithuania Late Era:
Hold 70 regions including Riga, Kiev, and Rome
Eliminate faction: Teutonic Order

Are you sure you got them all? Maybe there's a grandmaster hanging out in sweeden?

I'm 100% sure there's nothing left of them. Even Poland can't find them.

I thought it was impossible to completely wipe out the TO because they are a horde faction.

The Teutonic Order cannot be destroyed so unless you change the victory conditions...

Lithuania cannot win

Conquer Poland and Kiev.

That's what they did historically. They conquered Belarus and Kievian Rus and later their ruler married a Polish princess and became the king of Poland and Lithuania.
