Afer playing my campaign for about 200 turns some observations and suggestions:

The rpg feeling is great! You do care about your generals governors. Loosing one is a huge loss and it takes time and carefull planning to get one to the new city castle...
However, you never have enough of them. And while you can get generals after a certain time you cannot get governors. I would suggest increasing the frequency of them either by using the tips suggested in tips page or something else?

Furthermore, the age mod! Is great! you do see how people age. It makes the game more realistic!! However, it makes the retire element useless. When a governor is very old, it takes a very long time to go to the capital. In those turns you loose his valuable influence in the city. So I dont bother.... Maybe if it could be done automatic???

Mil Gov points: My main gripe is why you loose points when your relationships get worse for no apparent reason (sometimes they improve also). It makes the game less usable. I know that we can disable them at 6.0 but the point is to make them better as a feature.

Another feature that I love is the mercenary building... It is nice to get a couple of strange mercenaries once a while...

Thats on top of my head :-)
