i need to change the Romans' capital from arretium to Rome, does someone know how to do that? :hmmm:

The original capital of a faction is the settlement that is listed first in their settlement section of descr_strat. In-game, not much you can do.

If you're playing as the romans you can always do it manually from the settlement details screen of Rome. If not there might be a way to script it to change, but people better at scripting than I would know.
