Any other long time owners reinstall the game recently?

I've owned the game for a couple of years now but hadn't touched it in about a year. Last week decided to reinstall it and it's been a blast. I played vanilla for a few days, which was fun despite the fact that no matter what I did or didn't do I was constantly in two and even three and four front wars but after getting the last versions of Lusted's campaign and battle ais running again it's REALLY fun.

For all it's problems, Medieval II: Total War is now part of a very small list of PC games I've reinstalled more than once. Good job CA and Sega. Damned good job.

Tooshay my friend, it is a fantastic game, with the right modifications of course!

Can't go wrong with Lusted's.

Hehe. I'm referring to a popular MTW Kingdoms mod that focus on AI and balance improvements and various other small things. You can find it here if you are interested.

I'm actually not running the mod, just the two ai.

its really hard with its AOR, and has better AI then vanilla. Lusteds hehe thats really hard if your not good

You can probably find it cheaply online or in the bargain bin at your local games shop.
It's good that Lusted released his CAI and BAI for use without the rest of lands to conquer, they are really good.
