Reform or Evolution for the saxons?
Hi, i play your mod with the saxons, and first, the mod is great.
but i can build a lots of buildings, but there is no new units for these faction. the basic troops but no elite units. Is there anywhere a reform or must i capture Londinium to build better units?
So i recruited mercenaries to survive against the enemies. but this is expensive and i ask me, why i build stables and other buildings but i get no new unit?

I think that you need to capture more 'civilized' settlements with more developed military buildings in order for you to recruit elite units. I'm not 100% sure, though. BTW, what sub-mod are you playing with?

Re: Reform or Evolution for the saxons?
saxons have very strong elite unit - champions or gisithe, attack and defence skill both 16, you just need capture city with foundry to recruit them. or change export_description_building.txt.
"foundry requires factions { eastern, roman, saxons }" type saxons into bracket like i did here and you as Saxon king will be able to build foundry.
or add: recruit "saxon champions" 0 requires factions { saxons, } to second level smith building smiths_workshop and you will be able recruit champions in weaponsmith in your saxon cities.
