Hey there, another problem

I got FATW to work properly thanks to the advice from a previous post of mine, and I've been playing it for a bit. Lots of fun, bloody difficult even though I have it set on the second difficulty, but I'll manage.

I downloaded WoM, patched it. I click on the icon, a DOS type of window comes up, I select one of the numbers and follow the prompts. The game starts, BUT, I get the intro movie for BI for some strange reason, and then it just plays FATW like normal.

Anyone know whats up?

However, my concern really isn't the starting video. Unless I really don't know what WoM is... what exactly should I see? Like I mentioned, its the normal FATW that starts up.

Try disabling Vista's UAC (it prevents the copying/editing of files which are necessary for WoM). If that doesn't work either, you'll have to move files manually, not much we can do. I've only used the simplest of commands in that .bat file so that it is compatible with everyone's systems, but still...

Actually, could you tell me just exactly what should happen when I run WoM? I think I may be a bit confused as to what it actually is...

Before you reach the main menu, you should be seeing a faction intro, where the BI intro would normally be. In-game, the mod looks the same with WoM, but when you want to start a campaign, you only have 1 available faction. These are the immediately visible differences.

I do not see the faction intro, and when I start the campaign, its as if I'm playing FATW, the only campaign is TNS.

Aradan, as you had mentioned above and in the previous post, something about moving files manually to make this work, could you guide me through this? I understand about the part in regards to the starting intro, but are there other files I need to move around as well?
