    Thanks mate.. I am really enjoying the slower battles Taiji. I don't know if you have ever played EB for Rome but it's done in a similar way

    No worries about the Irish Bodyguard, that is a really small issue compared to what you are working on.

    Been making some nice animation progress, I now have axemen slashing at cav instead of stabbing. Most of them still have a move which will cause them to stab occasionally but they should slash immediately after it.

    I have defensive halberds using the halberd charge anims and they look much better for it.

    Stuck in the jumping charge attack for powersword, which is nice.

    Did a little bow testing and I'm very happy with the new performance of higher tier composite and long bows against armored targets. D Gothic knights lost 20 men to venetian archers, feudal knights lost 60 and D broken lances lost 4 men (dgk=19, dfk=9+6s, dbl=19+6s). I haven't tested less well armored troops very much but I think the better bows are better than ever in this area with even more casualties.

    There is an 'issue' with archers out-killing inf by quite a lot when dealing with low armored enemies but the opposite is true when armor catches up.

    Combining the two systems seamlessly together is a neat idea. Folk are totally in or out with the system. Would it still be wise to accept a swordsmiths guild in your prime fortress now if the tiny sword icons on the unit cards don;t count now - or have it got it wrong?

    , Yes, the swordsmith guild gives +1, +2 and +3 experience and the HQ also gives +1 morale. Any place where I have taken away the weapon upgrade I have stuck in something nice

    I also think you should integrate WURM should be integrated into BB. You have worked really hard on this and people should play it as it's intended. Although I will miss calling WURM.....WURM!

    Hotcobbler, thanks mate I really want to get some feedback in before I finalise adjusting accuracy.

    Brips, when you play a battle there is a minimap in the top right corner of the screen.

    To the left of the minimap are '-' and '+', if you left-click on them the battle's time speed changes; paused - 1x - 2x - 6x.

    If you hold down the 'shift' key while left-clicking them then the battle's time speed changes in smaller increments; paused - 0.1x - 0.2x - 0.3x - etc.

    CyberVIP, thanks for pointing that out, you are right. At first I thought "yeah well, they're mongols so stupidly low prices don't really matter that much - they're only there to provide fear or utterly easy mode if you play as them." When I checked I found they use ME_peasant, same as the islamic factions (except hedjaz for some reason ) so the price really does have to make sense.

    I'll be sure to fix it and so thanks again for pointing it out

    aaaaahh ok I thought that the "+and-" was the ones on my keyboard^^

    HOLY JESUS! 2180 FL for pikemen! Are you sure it's possible to have an army? The other factions and rebels have both big big army, with this costs I'm not sure I'll get one a day.... Tell me.

    You need to read the strategy guide, and yes it's possible, you just have to be patient and plan ahead.

    Brips, it's not supposed to be easy. Flemish pikemen are cheap compared to most others.

    And trust me, one unit of pikemen goes a long way. They kill pretty much everything in front of them with few casualties. Great for holding the center of your battle line, or for taking gateways if you do it right.

    I'm just worry about the florin profit.... I'm trying now, I'll see, but JESUS good work man, I like the 250 pikemen, 200 militia! Epic, new animations are awesome even if its difficult to see all of them quickly. When troops are waiting, there are new animations no? I see them I think.
