I am again already deep in a new campaign.
One question:
When I refuse the point system in the beginning will I get nevertheless later in game (metropolis capital) the ability to build a wonder building ?

there are no point restrictions in the non-activation modus...you can see the wonders in the building techtree

Thanks heaps repman DLV is one of the best mods I have played. I havn't got around to getting v6.0 yet however still playing 5.83. But I will get 6.0 on the weekend (which is a long weekend here in Australia) so it will be three days of DLV
I need to get myself one of those addict banners... Can't... Stop.... Playing...
