help invicible Spartans won't die

I'm playing as julii and stupid brutii let grece live and now I kiled the brutti and now have to face the Greek let's just say a stack If spartans has destroyed 7 of my armies I atack head I lose I attack from the flanks I lose. I even attack in the rear with cavalry and I lose I and since the Spartans have kiled my seven armies they now have gold shefrons so there prety much gods on the batlefield help enibody.

Onagers, archers, urban cohorts, hammer and anvil with your cavalry, also keep in mind of what terrain you are fighting on, don't fight them up hill.

On VH, you never attack in melee, especially against Spartans.
Get three stacks, of generals, archer auxilia, scorpions, light auxilia, and onagers. Upgrade them to at least silver weapons and armor and then unleash them. The missile troops will slaughter them from afar, and the artillery is particularly devastating at the slow-moving phalanx.

you no what i think is stupid usaly brutti kill grece so i dont have to deal with this problem theres also another prob the greeks keep spaming spartans the only have one city left and its sparta i figure if i manage to defeat spartans on the grund wit onagers how do i beat them in citys my urbans just get pwnd like babies in close quarters of citys

If it has less than stone walls then just keep bombarding with your missiles.
If it has stone walls then just surround with five stacks at once and autoresolve.
Or you can always put a few archers to capture the walls and rain arrows on them. But try to attack the Spartans from mutiple sides- dont just attack from the front.

legio i surounded it with 3 stacks got utterly pwnd lost 4000 men i did this becuse i thout i could take the city with 3 stacks and defeat the field army with 1 autoresovle hates me ive wasted atleast 10.000 troops trying to kill these spartans

If you have enough money just bribe the field army and then starve Sparta out.

Make peace with either or both by giving them Corinth and Athens. Then have them kill the Spartans, and then kill them in turn.

Missile them for a while, to get rid of that pesky extra hitpoint. Then just surround and flank charge one end of the line, like with any other phalanx; don't try to enagage the entire line, go for local superiority. Once one of them starts to run the rest with will rout with exponential ease.

Well you cant really kill anythin which is invincible now can you, but as for VH/VH Gold Chevy Spartans your best bet is to go with Legios advice but destroy Scipio and Brittania after they have been given those two settlements. 3 caged rats... rather amusing.

If you can get some merc hoplites to holde them for a few secs at the front and attack from the rear with fantastic cavalry... Retreat, lotsa of onagers and archers... Either cut them down with missiles or horses as they flee (if they have gold exp., then this probably wont happen...)

I had the exact opposite of this problem yesterday;

I managed to kill off two units of Spartan Hopilites using only one group of Javelins.

The Spartans stayed in phalanx mode and walked up extremely slowly giving them plenty of exposure, plus by the time they came close they stayed at a distance because of their long pikes and didn't kill many of my troops. Was this a glitch, or was it supposed to happen?
