    Default traits increase then decrease?

hey guys, this keeps happening to me, when my generals are just sitting in towns or cities, i keep gettin these announcements of their "noble in rule" traits increase and then decrease in the same term...
also sometimes these "noble in rule" or "fair in rule" traits would just decrease when the general is just sitting in the settlement and didn't even do anything
could some1 shed some light on wut is happening? thx

That link has a nice collection of traits and their modifiers. Pretty much you might meet the conditions for opposing traits during the same turn, like current taxes plus you constructed something. Or you're character is being used, just not often.

Noble in rule and fair in rule comes from low taxes and your benevolence. Feels appreciated comes from using them in battle or moving them around, feels unappreciated comes from completely ignoring them and sticking them in a city to rot. You should pay careful attention to your generals, you don't want a civil war on your hands!

haha that's not true. my "lowest" taxes is always high taxes (almost everything has very high taxes, unless it's a city who i just captured who has lower order)

still with high/very high taxes i get alot of generals being "chivalrous in rule"

it has little to do with taxes... i even managed to get an iron fisted general in a village with low taxes...

Yeah iv never seen one, or even been warned that one might happen

Generals just rebel on their own if they have low loyalty
See the storm set in your eyes
See the thorn twist in your side
    I'll wait for you

Sleight of hand and twist of fate
On a bed of nails she makes me wait
    And I'll wait

And then you send General Abomination #2 to kill him and see who's the last man standing.
