Hi mate
I installed the mod and i got a ctd immediate, wot did i do wrong
I installed the RM2 in to my Rome total war folder, i got a map called rome medieval mod, i copy the patch and then the hotfix 9 in to the rome medieval folder .
I think i copy all wot wos in the rome medieval mod and pasted in to my normal Rome total war folder again, i dont think thats good ?
Ok i installed it again no CTD this time but it only play s the Normal Rome total war
This is wot i done:
1. Installed RTW Gold edition with all patched up
2. Install RM2 Beta in C Program/the creative assembly/Rome total war.
result a new map cald :RomeMedievalMOD
3.unzipped RM sprites 1.2 and copy all in it and past it in to RomeMedievalMOD
4.unzipped Hotfix copy and paste in to my rome total war folder
5. made a shortcut from RomeTW.exe it seems that if i try to Change the Target of shortcut to the following:
-mod:RomeMedievalMOD -nm -show_err
it cant been done
Please tell me wot i done wrong
Do not copy and paste the RM2 folder over your RTW folder, leave it be that way. Then, make a copy of your shortcut on the desktop, NOT your exe.
Apply the tag to the shortcut and you are good to go.
