I already installed kingdom on my computer and want to give this mod another shot so I was wondering if it's possible to install it over a MTW kingdom version? Someone already tried this?

Yes, but the mod is unstable because the textures it uses overweight your video memory. So I can not be sure on that case. It is worth a try.
