Ok, here's a candy to suckle on while you listen to the smart people. Go to www.photobucket.com, make an account. There you can upload screenshots to photobucket, make albums and get links to the screenshots for use in teh forums.
When you upload the screens, you can choose a size (I reccomend 17"), when choosing the link you can either use the full picture or a thumbnail.
