Can I install with other mod?

I have Stainless Steel mod downloaded on my game. Should I remove it before installing DLV or can I download DLV without uninstalltion of SS?

You can have both with no problem.

When I installed SS I did not patch up my Kingdoms to 1.5. If I do it so now, can it alter my SS files and create problems?

Neither mod messes with the vanilla files and both support 1.5, I'd say your SS should be fine. I know mine is

SS is compatiable with 1.5. - There was a lot of hype about it on their forums when a new version was being released at the same time as the patch came out,

I know SS and DLV can live together nicely. My doubt is what would happen when you have installed SS under 1.4, and AFTERWARDS you upgrade to 1.5. I seem to remember 1.5 was some type of online compatibility patch, so it should not really matter for single players campaigns, but I might be wrong.
