Sounds to me that you have too many entries in the DMB, but I'll move this to the mod section where you're more likely to get specific help.

What Tony said. You've exceeded the 255 entries limit of DMB.

It means exactly what it says, you have exceeded the maximum number of entries allowed in DMB.

Might as well say it too. You`ve exceeded the 255 entries hardcoded maximum for this file.But I`ll add something useful(if you`re modding vanilla RTW). See this thread about some entries which are unused and could be removed to make room for yours.
