    Default Changes to settings don't permanently apply.

    Hello, for a while the changes I've made to the settings in game haven't applied permanently. If I change any setting, it will be switched back to normal when I've restarted. I've removed Read-Only from the stainless steel folder, but it didn't change anything. Can someone help me?
