Default Feedback about the mod and some questions

Hi Guys!!! I started to play the mod yesterday and it is great. Thank you very very much for this kind of gameplay experience. I love all the included submods (RR, BYG +SSTC) as well. They enhance the game and the mod to another level. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!

But it has some drawbacks as well.
First of all and the most important, 320 turns in early campaign is nothing. (I am now considering downloading mods which change that, but I hesitate a little bit as neither Wds-Minimod nor 2TPY are fully completed and it can ruin whole mod. As it is very painful to install/uninstall the mod, I do not want that happen. Does anybody have experience with the mods I mentioned.).
Secondly, why can I only recruit 1 diplomat and 1 spy. The game says that there is a limit. I think these characters should be recruited at any time and especially for diplomat without any limit, whenever the player wants.

About the gameplay I have couple of questions.
    - When can be built the wonders? What are the prerequisites for the wonders?
    - I am playing as the Kingdom of Leon and Castilla. As I love to play slowly, by building economy and developing my cities, into 35th turn I have conquered only 3 settlments in Iberian Peninsula. Do you think I am being too slow for this mod?

PS. This morning first time ever,in MTW II I got message saying that London was captured and English faction has been destroyed. WOW. and you know which faction did it? SCOTLAND. They created Scottish kingdom on British islands. WOW and again WOW.

    PS. Sorry for my english.

    Ireland isn't in vanilla
but for you original post:I don't think you are too slow
about turn 50 though I am usually at constant state of attacking someone
I think you can build wonders if your walls are big enough the agents I can't agree but I could find a link that tells you how to change it and post it a bit later
bribery mod compatible with any other mod includes tutorial

    1) First of all and the most important, 320 turns in early campaign is nothing.

    2) Secondly, why can I only recruit 1 diplomat and 1 spy.

    3) When can be built the wonders? What are the prerequisites for the wonders?

    4) Do you think I am being too slow for this mod?
    1) Easy to change. In the desc_strat file change the starting year to 1990 or change years pr turn to 0.5. You will run out of things to build before the game is over without a mod though. And it is possible to keep playing after the time is up i believe.

    2) You can recruit one diplomat pr. town hall, one spy pr. brothel, one assasin pr. inn and one priest pr. church. I think this works well.

    3) The wonders are already built when the game starts i believe. If they get destroyed you can rebuild them though, but it requires the correct city (so you can only build Notre Dame in Paris).

    4) Go at your own pace. I think the most effective way to try and win is to rush a bit more than that, but just do what seems right.

    Hope this helps.

Further to my game, I like this idea more and more.

    Thanks for the comments!!

Further to my campaign I can say that AI is much more intelligent than vanila or any other mod I played so far. Portugal and Aragon had declared war on Moors and as their ally and seeing possible opportunity I joined the coalition by declaring Crusade against Granada.(as I thought that Portogal will arrive to Cordoba early than my army). After successful Crusade I decided to check how the Campaign of portegese army develops. What I saw shocked me. In Cordoba region there had been two great battles and in both of them, victors were Moors. Moreover, two big hostile armies were ready to clash near the path from Africa to Europe. One big moor army was near Cordoba and another one inside Cordoba and I decided to blockade them, by sending one army from Granada to block the bridge to Cordoba from south and another army I sent from north in order to blockade northern bridge to Cordoba. I thought that next turn I will fight the enemy by trying to encircle them. If the enemy armies in Cordoba decides to attack me, that is even better. I can destroy them without any problem by blocking the bridge and sending them arrows. (In my opinion this was the most plausable variant.) But what happened next, I would never expect.
First of all, actually there was a Moorish army in ambush near my northern position and this army with another army from Cordoba attacked my northern army by encircling it. The battle was short. I lost half of my army.
Secondly, another massive moorish army landed near the Granada by endangering my southern army for the same fate.
Thirdly, the Portugese army again lost to the moors near the path.
Forthly, all the Aragon ports had been blockaded by Moors.

I sent my spy to the African regions of Moors in order to gather information and I saw that they have several massive armies ready to be dispatched to the frontier. After long deliberation, I decided to ask for a peace, where blant stupidity of diplomatic AI was obvious. I kept Granada to myself and agreed to receive 1000 gold per turn and plus map information and trade rights.

PS. Soon after my peace with Moors, Sicily declared war to Moors and therefore they had to send some of their armies to the west. Utilising this moment Portugese army besieging Cordoba. Apparently, I made strategic mistake by exiting the war so early.

PS. Scots are destroying French!! Poland had created great empire in east!!

    Guys!

Why characters get older disproportionate to the actual years? Did I downloaded the mod incorrectly?

Characters age at 1 year per 2 turns no matter what the timescale is. It's hardcoded and cant be changed (without messing with seasons and such). The only way to bring character aging into line with the time passed is to set the timescale to 2 turns per year.

    Thanks, mate!!

Don't you know why SS team had decided to change timescale in first place?

To make the game longer. And FYI, Character aging was out of synch in vanilla too because vanilla is set to 2 years per turn

When you play as Byzantine, and Crusaders pass through your lands, are they in the state of war with you?

That's a bug that Gracul has fixed in the latest version of the SS6.2 patch.

Playing the game as Late campaign Spanish but I´m totally unable to recruit anything with a punch. No feudal knights, no dismounted feudal knights..No siege equipment no bombards. Why?

I have enough zeal, have a 3 star WC pious member without negative features (negligent). Have disbanded many troops to make room. I can recruit the pavise crossbows and jinetes. It always stays greyed out giving me 9 turns to wait but it never moves. Have never been able to recruit them to start with so its not like I have to many of them as I have none at all.

What am I doing wrong? Read the submod instructions but I can not find my error.

    HELP!

You have installed Byg's Grim Reality with the SS6.1 installer. There is a patch that you need to install located in the Byg's Grim Reality thread in the submods forum (bottom of the first post). The patch is not save-game compatible.

This has been answered many, many times before. Please use the search function before posting with problems. Thank you

Ooh boy CC, a moderator, that's going to cut into your valuable modding time. Never mind, your modding time can always cut into your work or family time I guess!

    Congrats anyway

I have another question. Does SS have AOR feature or not?
