Remove dust

Hello

Okay so, the dust in DLV when units march is in my opinion totally overexagerated and totally unrealistic,

also it messes up my screenshots, which should be lovely and beautiful but instead are taken over by grey matter

so took the liberty of removing this annoying feature - if you feel the same way as me, download the text files attached (nothing major just a quick fix) and place them in the DLV_ext/data directory

Oh.. and if I ever find the person who added this to the game.. so help me I will crucify him!!!!! (So long as it wasn't Tokus, Harry or Repman.. since I = )

i always thought it was MORE realistic with the dust. I mean you have 1000+ troops in armor running close to eachother they are sure to kick up tons of dust.
