Late Era Campaign not working

Whenever I select the Late era Campaign my game simply crashes! I havent added any sub mods onto it or anything so I dont understand why, any ideas? Cheers

- no. When you choose late era you get another screen where you have to choose late era in the window to the right and press ok. In the next screen (faction selection) you should only click once on the faction you want and then press ok. Pressing multiple factions after each other makes the game crash.

When I get problems like that, I mostly click the necessary buttons in a different order, after I restarted the program.

In my case it always crashed, when i looked at the early campaign first and then chose the late gamapign.

Do you ever go to the custom battle or early campaign first? IIRC SS has a bug that makes the game crash if you do that first.

in my current installation , when i click late campaign, i have subsequently 2 choices for which of the late i will do, the first choice is called
'1400 campaign'
the second
'late era campaign'

the 1400 one doesnt work, it takes me back to faction selection screen, but the second one works properly , starting in 1200's.
