    Default Missing "Lord High" traits?

Hello. Excactly how do your generals receive the Lord High Marshall, Lord High Chamberlain etc. trait? My friend says he get them for his general by building council chambers. I have built them and left my general there for ten turns, but he doesn't get the traits. Is my install broken, or something?

    Hi,

I think that if a general has eight titles/ancillaries (such as duke of XXXX, adultress, tutor, pegan magician, guard dog...etc...), he can not receive any more. Yeah, I don't like it either, but I guess that is hard coded into the game and you can't change it.

Try moving in a general with less than 8 ancillaries, that should do the trick.

I think that it's the king who can reclaim these titles, to bestow them later on whom you want. Except for high marshall and master of the horse that get assigned without your intervention.
